Booking an Appointment
Booking an appointment is simple, as long as you have a referral form signed by a medical professional requesting what type of ultrasound you need. You are unable to self-refer for any type of ultrasound, clinical information is included on the form and lets us know all the details we need. Bookings can be made by either phoning your preferred location or sending an email with your referral form attached. If you don’t have your referral form on email already, take a photo of it on your phone and attach it to an email. Please give us an indication of when you would like your appointment, along with your contact mobile phone number. Sending your referral to us before the appointment ensures we have all the details we need to make sure any exam preparation is given and allows for a seamless registration on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or change your scheduled appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice to cancel your appointment allows another patient access to that appointment time.
If you cannot attend your appointment, we request a minimum of 4 business hours’ notice, prior to your appointment time. You can notify us by either emailing the branch or calling us to either cancel or adjust your appointment. If you have a morning appointment, we request that you contact us the day before your appointment no later than 2pm.
If you do not provide the required notice to cancel your appointment, or your fail to attend your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $30.00 fee.
This fee applies to all types of ultrasounds, you will be sent an invoice for this.
